Online registration commences Aug 11th at 8:00 am thru Aug 17th.!
Walk -in registrations will be accepted at the Community Centre hockey office from 10:00 Am - 6:00 PM Aug 11th -14th. Payment for Walk-in registration is Cheque or Money Order - NO CASH or CREDIT CARDS will be accepted. $ 50.00 Late Fee will apply after August 17, 2008.
Here is some helpful information to get you on you way to understanding the basics to signing your Son or Daughter up for Hockey this year.
Payment Options - Every attempt is made to accommodate those families on a fixed income. Please see Susan in the Hockey office for payment options.
Refund Policy - A request for a refund of a portion of the registration fee for a person who ceases to play Orillia Minor Hockey prior to the end of the calendar year due to medical reasons or relocation may be submitted in writing to the Administrative Assistant. A $25.00 Administration fee will be applied against all refunds. (Serious Injury / Health problem, Family moving to another community, Program cancellation, Ineligibilty)
Basic Hockey Equipment - Helmet, Shield/cage, Mouth guard, approved neck Protector, Shoulder pads, Elbow pads, Jock, Pants, Shin Pads, Socks, Skates, and a hockey stick.
Directions to Hockey Office - The Hockey office is located inside the main doors of the Community Centre on Brant Street.
